Refunds and Returns
We believe our products must meet your highest expectations and so must our service. But if for any reason you are not, you can return the product you ordered for a replacement or a prompt refund.
Please note that:
- items can be cancelled right up to the date of dispatch
- you can cancel your order within 30 days from delivery to you
- we can only accept returns for items purchased from our store
- items returned must be unused
- items returned must be in original packaging
- items returned must be accompained by receipt of purchase
- the cost of return postage will not be refunded
- freight charges for substitutive articles will be paid by the customer. |
